of Senior Technical Business Analyst.

Position Overview:

The Global Digital Delivery initiative is an enterprise-wide transformation project that will establish and embed product development, management, and cross-organization delivery capabilities across the enterprise thereby enabling our client to create and support commercially competitive products and services into the future.

This initiative is focused on establishing the foundation for future successful development, delivery, and management of products and services rather than any one product or service.

The objective of this initiative is to define, refine, optimize, and transform how we do business in the digital space. Our program goals are:

  1. Define a Digital Delivery Model for new technology products in order to maintain strong brand affiliation and meet client's needs for ease of integration and superior resiliency.

2. Define an organizational collaboration model that enables maximum internal efficiency and agility in the development and support of these solutions


  • Meet with internal and external clients to gain an understanding of their business needs
  • Perform gap analysis to identify possible enhancements to existing system functionalities, analyzing various complex business areas/functions
  • Document the clients’ business needs in formal requirements and/or user stories and develop solutions
  • Manage expectations and priorities, and negotiate design aspects that meet or exceed needs
  • Ensure project remains within the constraints of time, cost, scope and quality
  • Document work flow using workflow tools
  • Ensure on-going communication and positive working relationship with clients throughout the project life cycle
  • Act as subject matter expert for the project team
  • Lead the training of all levels of internal/external clients on steps required for the development and implementation life cycle
  • Facilitate communication between members of the project team, both internal and external, on project issues and expectations
  • Develop test scenarios and test cases and assist with review of client data to determine the validity of the data
  • Negotiating possible solutions to problems, offering suggestions to the client, and recommending needed changes to the system
  • Act as subject matter expert for QA staff
  • Create and monitor specifications and requirements for internal/external project members
  • Provide subject matter expertise for user manual documentation and creating well-structured client specific documentation
  • Participate in multiple projects and client implementations simultaneously, appropriately balancing priorities and deliverables

  • Ability to approach work in a flexible manner, understanding that we are working with a global team and must have engagement and buy-in from all participants
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

The compensation:

Highly competitive base salary.
