Job Description -
This position is responsible for the support and management of HR Technology projects and processes within the constructs of our client*s HR Technology organization.
The specific responsibilities of this role are to:
- Define and manage the implementation and execution of strategy and standards for strategic Human Resource processes and solutions within the HRT team. This includes:
- Requirement definition
- Design approval
- Testing
- Reporting
- Change Management, Training and Support
- Partner with others within the HR Technology Team to understand, troubleshoot and resolve cross-functional HR issues
- Partner with the business process owners to identify needed fixes and enhancements to HR Technology systems while acting as a liaison with the IT organization to ensure changes are resourced and completed in a timely fashion.
Experience -
- Bachelor's degree required; master's degree in business, HR, or related discipline a plus
- 5 * 10 years of HRIT or HR Technology or equivalent experience
- Experience with SAP HR and/or related systems strongly preferred
- Experience with people systems and/or web applications
- Strong customer focus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time and project management skills
- Balance of operational- and detail-orientation with strategic and visionary approach
- Knowledge of business process design a plus
- Demonstrated initiative and foresight skills
- Fundamental knowledge of HR processes
- Expertise with Microsoft Office suite
