Job Description:
Ferguson Consulting is pleased to announce that we have been awarded a contract to immediately staff a project team!
Position is long term (15 months), working on-site in Springfield, Illinois. **Relocation to Springfield, IL is preferred, but we will consider candidates that will commute to Springfield 5 days a week. Per Diem arrangement is an option.**
W-2 CANDIDATES ONLY. U.S. CITIZENS PREFERRED. GREENCARD, EAD AND H1B ACCEPTED.
You will establish, implement, manage and monitor unit, system, volume, stress and acceptance test standards for project data, process and procedures.
You will do manual and automated system and software testing to ensure that software meets business functional requirements, IT design specifications and quality standards;
You will assist in the development and maintenance of test plans, cases and scripts.
You must have:
Associates*s degree in business or computer related discipline
Two or more years of progressively responsible quality assurance/testing
Experience using Microsoft Office: Word, Excel
We hope you have:
Bachelor*s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related fields
Experience using Microsoft Team Foundation Server, Visual Studio, SharePoint, and Visio
