Job Description:

You will provide level 1 end user support for the assigned support process in SAP PP, PI, PLM, PM, and MM.
Required:
-3 years of User and/or support experience with SAP PP/PI (Production Planning for Process Industries), SAP PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), SAP PM (Plant Maintenance), SAP MM (Materials Management)
-Must have in-depth functional knowledge of the assigned support processes (e.g. data, roles, and transactions associated with the end-to-ends)
-User, support, testing, and/or design experience with manufacturing execution systems is required
-3 years of practical experience with SQL, preferably DB2, and the ability to interpret database models is a must
-5 years of experience with business process modeling
-Ability to analyze Key Performance Indicators (Cockpit Data), e.g. the number of open transfer orders, pallets that have not been confirmed to a bin, etc.
-Ability to understand and evaluate compliance with best practices
-Knowledge of demand planning and manufacturing concepts and processes including forecasting, resource planning, scheduling, BOMs (bills of material), quality assurance, receiving, storing, available to promise, and stock transfers
-Ability to gain proficiency with GLOBE SAP roles tools: Personnel Action Change (PAC), NesTool, SOD Tool, and PRAM
Desired:
-User and/or support experience with SAP APO/PPDS and/or SAP APO/SNP
