The role:

Ferguson Consulting is seeking a to expand our recruiting team. Currently, we are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team at our corporate office in Chesterfield, MO.

The ideal candidate will be local and have sales experience. This position will be responsible for recruiting, evaluating and management of recruitment life cycle.

What You'll Do:

  • Source/recruit candidates using Ferguson's proprietary database, and using professional network tools.
  • Determine applicant suitability by utilizing Ferguson qualification standards (F2F interviewing applicants, organize technical interviews, analyzing responses, and drive internal hiring process).
  • Sell the advantages of becoming a Ferguson employee - understand the competitive differences between Ferguson and the competition.
  • Present and negotiate compensation to qualified applicants.
  • Coordinate client interview requests with candidates and the Business Development team. Maintain relationship with candidates throughout the recruiting process.
  • Communicate client decisions (offer/non-offer) to candidates and manage next steps accordingly.

Who You Are:

  • 1+ year IT recruiting experience (nice to have).
  • Experience working with Professional Social Media sites, Applicant Tracking System and internet searching.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and attention to detail is essential.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency with MS Office is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and negotiation/closing skills.
  • Ability to engage candidates utilizing phone, electronic communications and face to face meetings.
  • Strong team focus and commitment to continuous improvement and overall company growth.
  • A Bachelor's degree is required.

The compensation:

Highly competitive base salary.
