of Senior Process Business Analyst.

Position Overview:

The Global Digital Delivery initiative is an enterprise-wide transformation project that will establish and embed product development, management, and cross-organization delivery capabilities across the enterprise thereby enabling our client to create and support commercially competitive products and services into the future.

This initiative is focused on establishing the foundation for future successful development, delivery, and management of products and services rather than any one product or service.

The objective of this initiative is to define, refine, optimize, and transform how we do business in the digital space. Our program goals are:

  1. Define a Digital Delivery Model for new technology products in order to maintain strong brand affiliation and meet client's needs for ease of integration and superior resiliency.

2. Define an organizational collaboration model that enables maximum internal efficiency and agility in the development and support of these solutions

Requirements - Process Focused

  • Experience with process definition and alignment, rules of engagement, leading practices
  • Interviewing and facilitation skills; research, data assimilation, and documentation
  • Experience with Change Management, Processes, Principles, Frameworks
  • Advanced skills in navigating complex concepts in an enterprise, global organization.
  • Advanced skills in partnering with business, technology, and our strategic digital partner.
  • Advanced ability to handle multiple work streams (goals), define tasks, and balance priorities.
  • Advanced communication skills – as this is a global, cross-functional, enterprise, strategic initiative that will require exceptional communication skills across our entire team.
  • Inclusive of knowledge sharing, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Ability to execute tactically and strategically

  • Ability to approach work in a flexible manner, understanding that we are working with a global team and must have engagement and buy-in from all participants.

Requirements - Technical

  • Experience with Capabilities Assessment & Mapping, SLA Definition
  • Interviewing and facilitation skills; research, data assimilation, and documentation
  • Experience with Change Management, Processes, Principles, Frameworks
  • Advanced skills in navigating complex concepts in an enterprise, global organization.
  • Advanced skills in partnering with business, technology, and our strategic digital partner.
  • Advanced ability to handle multiple work streams (goals), define tasks, and balance priorities.
  • Advanced communication skills – as this is a global, cross-functional, enterprise, strategic initiative that will require exceptional communication skills across our entire team.
  • Inclusive of knowledge sharing, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Ability to execute tactically and strategically
  • Ability to approach work in a flexible manner, understanding that we are working with a global team and must have engagement and buy-in from all participants
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Requirements - Customer & Product Pocused

  • Experience with Product Owner/Manager, Customer/User-Centered Design, or other front-end Experience; Product Lifecycle experience
  • Interviewing and facilitation; research, data assimilation, and documentation
  • Experience with Change Management, Processes, Principles, Frameworks
  • Advanced skills in navigating complex concepts in an enterprise, global organization.
  • Advanced skills in partnering with business, technology, and our strategic digital partner.
  • Advanced ability to handle multiple work streams (goals), define tasks, and balance priorities.
  • Advanced communication skills – as this is a global, cross-functional, enterprise, strategic initiative that will require exceptional communication skills across our entire team.
  • Inclusive of knowledge sharing, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Ability to execute tactically and strategically

Requirements - Strategic

  • Experience working on a strategic, global, cross-functional, enterprise initiative focused on building out a custom application development solution from beginning/inception to end/production

  • Consultative background in strategic solution crafting the build based on quickly identifying:
      • Pain points
      • Key business drivers
      • Develop key strategy
      • Obtain leadership consensus
  • Solution / User Adoption experience with bringing stakeholders along this continuum
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically

The compensation:

Highly competitive base salary.
