The ideal candidate will be local and have experience within the St. Louis market. This position will be responsible for prospecting, evaluating and identifying new opportunities, managing and developing current lines of business, and be pro-active in driving revenue growth with demonstrated professional business development capabilities and excellent client services.

This person will identify and close key business opportunities that drive the success of Ferguson Consulting.

Duties and Responsibilities


  • Prospect and identify revenue opportunities
  • Help develop sales by leveraging existing and new marketing opportunities
  • Work with existing strategic partners and develop new partner relationships to generate revenue opportunities
  • Manage overall client services
  • Maintain internal business development reports
  • Participate in internal candidate marketing meetings
  • Work cooperatively and interdependent with internal fulfillment team
  • Be a team player

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Must have a strong work ethic
  • Must have excellent: written/verbal communication, interpersonal, presentation, and public speaking skills, the ability to present ideas in a formal and informal setting are required
  • Bachelor’s degree is required
