Description:

As an FTE of Ferguson Consulting, you will function as a Senior Project manager at our telecommunications client. You will be responsible for managing scope and schedule in coordination with IT delivery teams, full budget and fiscal responsibility, project and executive status and reporting, maintaining high quality and timely delivery of projects. Candidate must be a self-starter and who can think like an owner and has the ability to learn and understand what makes the business customer tick so that they can anticipate needs and issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent work experience

  • Project management experience (5-7 years) with full responsibility for project delivery and management.
  • Experience with SDLC (Waterfall and/or AGILE)
  • Ability to manage triple constraint and PM fundamentals
  • Ability to organize and manage task and requests in fast paced environment
  • Ability to critically analyze business situation and develop solutions
  • Ability to build high performing teams
  • Ability to clearly and accurately communicate at project and executive level
  • Competency with PM tools and techniques (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, etc.)
  • Desire to learn and be part of the solution.

The compensation:

Highly competitive base salary.
